HybridCOOL™ is a high performance semi-synthetic preformed emulsion coolant for machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. HybridCOOL™ is formulated with a unique blend of raw materials that give this product exceptional biostability while providing excellent corrosion protection. HybridCOOL™ offers premium performance on aluminum and exotic alloys. Most importantly, it contains NO reportable VOCs and is completely free of chlorine, halogen and nitrites. Its exceptionally high flash point eliminates mist and smoke while operators enjoy low foaming, especially in high pressure applications. The high viscosity oil offers exception lubrication and keeps your machine running extremely clean.
HybridFORM™ is a concentrated semi-synthetic forming fluid formulated using a proprietary preformed emulsion technology with outstanding boundary lubrication for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It can be utilized for all light, medium or severe forming applications such as deep drawing, forming, roll forming, stamping, tube drawing, and bending of cold rolled steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper and brass alloys. HybridFORM™ offers a balanced lubrication package containing both boundary and extreme pressure additives for enhanced forming performance, and contains the most advanced chlorine and ester extreme pressure additive technologies, making it an extremely clean running fluid with exceptional hard water stability.
