Fusion Cool 2255 provides the extra lubrication needed to protect the cutting edge of the tool.

Fusion Cool is highly recommended for mist cooling any metal or alloy where tougher machining conditions require greater lubricity and is particularly useful where tool pressure is exceptionally great or where the material is very abrasive.

Common applications include CNC plasma table, bandsaws, grinding, milling, turning, drilling, and other cutting operations

This coolant is formulated with biocides to extend sump life and effectively reject tramp oil, and it will inhibit corrosion with dilutions as low as 3%. Additionally, it is a safe and mild machine coolant.
